1948 - 2015

Allardville - Mrs. Diane Burrows, wife of Jerry Burrows, of Allardville and formerly of Ontario, passed away peacefully on Saturday September 12, 2015, at the age of 66, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Montreal, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Beatrice (Pellerin) Caissie.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children: Robin Burrows (Joe Yusiw) of Buckhorn, Ont., Andy Burrows (Jen Althoff) of Toronto, Ont., Kelly Burrows (Tyson Kemp) of Bobcaygeon, Ont.

Three grandchildren: Poppy, George and Maeve.

One brother, Robert Caissie of Kentville, N.S.

Four sisters: Patricia Meahan, Sandra Godin (Jean-Guy) and Carole Caissie all of Petit-Rocher and Kim Bourque (Jeff) of Moncton. Several nieces and nephew.

Diane spent her summers on the Bay des Chaleur at her cottage in Pointe-Verte, enjoying the sunrises and sunsets.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. 

There will be no formal funeral service. 

Donations in memory of Diane may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
