1955 - 2015

Beresford - William "Billy" Chiasson, 60, of Beresford, passed away on Monday November 16, 2015 at Saint John Regional Hospital.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Edmond and Phoebee (Mallet) Chiasson.

He is survived by his spouse, Melvina (Godin) Hannan;

two children: Billie Jean Chiasson of Toronto and Nathan Chiasson of Bathurst;

three step-children: Dale Hannan of Bathurst, Chelsea Hannan of Ottawa and Kara Hannan of Fredericton;

seven brothers: Laurier "Red" (Jeannette), Jimmy, Cletus (Betty), Jarvis (Cathy), Robert (Glenda), Gilbert (Debbie) all of Bathurst and Delphis "Jack" of Montreal;

five sisters: Yvette Hachey (Roger), Sylvia Daigle (Camille) and Isabelle Roy, all of Bathurst, Eva Dugas (Mario) of Moncton and Theresa Sealy (Edwin) of Hartland.  Several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two sisters: Adele, Amy and four brothers: Stanley, Thélésphore, Albanie and Aurèle.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday November 21, 2015, at 2 p.m. from Elhatton Funeral Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
