1944 - 2016

Bathurst - Mrs. Grace Pitre of Lavigne St., Bathurst, wife of the late Leon Pitre, passed away at the age of 71, on Sunday March 20, 2016, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Lucie (Roy) Legacé.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by three children: Vernon Pitre (Kelly) of Bathurst, Barbara Pitre (Maurice Boudreau) of Nigadoo and Steven Pitre of Hamilton, Ont.

Two grandchildren: Jennifer, Patrick and one great-granddaughter, Emily.

Several step-sisters, step-brothers, nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday morning March 23, 2016, at 11 a.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com) Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Grace may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
