1924 - 2016

Robertville, NB - Mrs. Anita Kearney,  wife of the late Edward Kearney, of the Villa Sormany, Robertville, passed away on Sunday September 18, 2016, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of 92.

Born in Robertville, she was the daughter of the late Albénie and Hélène (Hachey) Doucet.

She is survived by her seven children: Arnold (Marie Ange Beaulieu) of Fredericton, Linda Kearney of Beresford, Patrick (Lise) of Saint-Laurent, Robert of Bathurst, Helen Kearney (Gilbert Martin) of Grand Falls, Aubrey (Sharon Lagacé) of Nigadoo and Michael (Jocelyne Roy) of Dunlop.

Eight grandchildren: Kris, Janik, Shawn, Alexandre, James, Jean Francois, Michelle, Kayla; five great-grandchildren: Isabella, Olivia, Rapheal, Kitana and Phoenix.

Two sisters: Léonille Boudreau and Hectorine Doucet both of Bathurst.

Also the Kearney families from Beachwood, NB and several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by three brothers: Elzéar, Clovis, Gérard and three sisters: Exzella, Rita and Germaine.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford.  Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday September 21, 2016 at 4 p.m. from Église Ste-Thèrèse-d’Avila, Robertville.
