1927 - 2016

Bathurst - Jacqueline Wood, wife of the late Garfield Wood, passed away on Saturday November 19, 2016 at the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, Bathurst at the age of 89.

Born in Edmondston, NB she was the daughter of the late James and Alice (Carrier) Duguay, formerly of Tide Head, NB and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Jacqueline is survived by two sons: Wayne Wood (Madeleine Buck) of Montreal, Que., and Brian Wood (Sheila Callen) of Chillawack, BC.

Two granddaughters: Alice and Julie and her two grandsons: Edward and Michael and their mother Deborah Barfurth.

Two great-granddaughters: Danika and Lila. Many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers: James and Carmel and two sisters: Rita and Gilberte.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 26 2016 at 10 a.m. at Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St, Bathurst (www.elhatton.com).

Internment will take place in the Campbellton Rural Cemetery on Saturday at 3:30 pm.
