Bathurst - Roger Imhoff, 70, of Bathurst, passed away on suddenly on Saturday December 31, 2016 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in South Tetagouche, he was the son of the late Garnet and Regina (Lagacy) Imhoff.
He worked as a truck driver for most of his life and was currently working at Residence McGraw in Bathurst.
He is survived by his wife, the former Alvina Richard.
Two children: Michael of Moncton and Muriel Haynes (Normand) of Milton, ON. Two grandchildren, Tyler and Megan.
Two sisters: Marie Pitre of Clinton, Mass, USA and Evangeline Collette of Dieppe. Four Brothers: James Imhoff (Muriel) of Timmins, ON, Richard Imhoff (Violet) of South Tetagouche, Neil Imhoff (Doris) of Port Hope, ON, Raymond Imhoff (Jackie) of Sussex. Several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by four brothers: Albert, Emanual, Isidore and Gerald.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon January 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst. Donations in memory of Roger may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
