Bathurst - Coleman Hickey, 68, of Lakeside Dr., Bathurst, passed away on Saturday May 20, 2017, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Lorne, he was the son of the late Alfred and Opal (Carrier) Hickey.

Coleman was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Besides his wife, Yvonne (Lavigne) Hickey, he is survived by three daughters:  Jeannine Hickey (Stanley Lavigne) of Bathurst, Tabatha Branch (Steven) and Cindy Flanagan (Roger) both of Moncton.

Five grandchildren: Ashley, Brittaney, Sabrina, Abigail, Margaret and one great-grandson, Curtis.

One brother, Gerald Hickey of Moncton.  Several nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by three sisters, Jeannine, Carmella, Christine and a brother, Layne.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon May 24, 2017 at 2 p.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Coleman may be made to the Heart and Stroke Society or a favorite charity.   Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
