Bathurst - Mrs. Emilia Dumas, 94, wife of the late Wallace Arseneau, Wilbert Duguay and Auguste Dumas, of Bathurst, passed away on Sunday June 11, 2017, at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst.
Born in Robertville, she was the daughter of the late François "Frank" and Marie Anne Daigle.
She is survived by two brothers: Euclide Roy (Dorine) and Daniel Roy both of Bathurst. One sister, Patricia Pitre (Richard) of Taber, AB.
Step-children: Ralph Duguay (Linda), Roger Duguay (Anne Marie), Joanne Duguay and Denise Duguay.
Step-grandchildren: Judson, Stephanie, Carolynne and Eric.
Emilia loved to volunteer her time to the Church Services and always looked forward to Holiday gatherings at Ralph and Linda's house.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Foyer-Notre-Dames-de-Lourdes for their love and kindness given to her.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 2 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bathurst. Arrangements are in the care of the Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. In memory of Emilia, donations can be made to a favorite charity.
