Bathurst - Joseph Henry of Monroe St., Bathurst, passed away on Saturday July 1, 2017 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of 58.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Bazil and Leona (Daigle) Henry.

Joseph sold the Northern Light for many years at the Tim Horton’s location on St. Peter Ave.

He was predeceased by his wife, Rose Marie (Chamberlain) Henry.

He is survived by two brothers:  Oliver (Brenda) and Lawrence (Cathy) both of North Wiltshire, P.E.I.

Four sisters:  Mary Legacy (Leo) of Petit Rocher, Eileen Lavigne (Herbert) and Caroline Henry (Jean-Claude Chiasson) both of Bathurst and Robina Legacy (Alvin) of Ste Anne's.

His friend, Yvette Gauthier of Bathurst and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. 

Donations in memory of Joseph may be made to the Holy Family Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
