It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Madeleine Godin wife of the late Alderic Godin. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Philomene Vienneau.

Our beautiful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt and friend to any who knew her young and old passed peacefully on the evening of Saturday October 5th at her home surrounded by family. She had a wonderful life filled with lots of adventures, many of them in her Nineties.

She leaves behind her Children – Daughter Diane and husband Kevin Dallimore, Son Danny and his spouse Karen Handspiker, Daughter Karen and husband Brian Vennard.

Her Grandchildren - Jenna, Robbie, Jaydy, Caitlin, Alysa May, Connor, Maddy and Drew.

Her Great Grandchildren – Cianna Marie, Sofia May, Maya, Rory, Emma and Riley.

And many many very beloved Nieces and Nephews…too many to list here but you all know who you are and what you meant to your Ma Tante.

She was the last of 12 children in her family. She peacefully went to reunite with her husband of 48 years Alderic Godin and all her wonderful brothers and sisters. We will miss her forever and a day. She was our brightest light.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday October 11th at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford, N.B. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday October 12th, 2019 at 10:00 am at Église St-Nom-de-Jesus, Beresford, N.B. with reception to follow.

Donations in memory of Madeleine may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
