It is with great sadness that we the family, announce the passing of Pierre LeBel, of Lone Pine Subdivision, South Tetagouche, at age 88, which occurred on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at the Chaleur Bathurst Regional Hospital.

Born in Edmonton, AB, he was the son of the late Edgar and Rose (Chrétien) LeBel.

Pierre worked on many construction projects around the community and neighboring provinces throughout his life. He will be remembered for his hard-core work ethics, high quality craftmanship and quick-witted humor. Although he took great pride in the trades and projects he accomplished, his family was number one and loved them dearly.

He leaves behind his devoted, loving wife, Doreen (Comeau) LeBel of 55 years.

Five children; Denise (Réal), Louise (predeceased), Pierre Jr (Mary), Lisa (Richard), and Denis.

Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.

There will be no visitation. Services will be held at a later date due to the current pandemic situation.

A special heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Bathurst Palliative Care Unit for their compassion and expertise. Lloyd you are an Earth Angel.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home, Bathurst.
