Bathurst – Clifford Boucher, 89, husband of late Dorice (Roy) Boucher, passed- away on Friday (December 31, 2021), at the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Johnny and Angelina (Doucet) Boucher.
He is survived by one sister Leona Bourque (Adrien) of Bathurst and one brother Ralph Doucet (Aline) of Bathurst. And several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by five sisters: Gladys, Odis, Yvette, Mathilda, Evangeline.
Eight brothers: Douglas, Omer, Lionel, Arthur, Delphis, Aurel, Ralph and Roger.
Clifford will be remembered as a fun-loving person who was always ready to do anything to help others. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards. He also loved playing guitar and was always ready for a good family party.
Special thanks to the personnel of the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, the personnel of the Brise de l’Oasis Manor, and the Sugarloaf Manor for the excellent care provided to Clifford during his stay. A super thank you to all the physicians who took care of him and made sure that he was able to age peacefully.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on January 14th, 2022, from the Sacred heart Cathedral at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home in Bathurst, NB (www.elhatton.com) PROOF OF DOUBLE VACCINATION AND A PIECE OF IDENTIFICATION AS WELL AS WEARING A FACEMASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE FUNERAL MASS.
