It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Ronald Roy, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Monday, September 18th, 2023, at the age of 56.

Born in East Bathurst he was the son of the late Majella Roy and Marguerite Nini-Roy.

He leaves to mourn his siblings: Yolande Doucet (late Kenny Doucet) of St. Anne., Claudia Roy (Claude Perron) of Montreal and Adrienne Roy (Gerard Babin) of Beresford.

His two nieces Chantal Roy and Melissa Roy- Perron.

His great- nieces and nephews: Alex Roy, Patrick Roy, Cloe Lavigne, Alicia Wall, Anthony Roy, and Ayden Roy.

He was predeceased by his brother, Denis and nephews Luc and Remi Roy.

Ronald was loved by many people. He will also be missed his special friend Ted English and by Anne Arseneau, who was like a second mother to him.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral mass will be held from Sacred Heart Cathedral on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 2 p.m.

Donations in memory of Ronald may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
