It is with sadness that we, the family, announce of the passing of Mrs. Ann Marie Roussel, wife of the late Yvon Roussel, from Goodwin Mill. She passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at the age of 71. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Lucien and Margaret (Bennett) Savoie.

She is survived by her only son, Jean-Pierre Roussel of Goodwin Mill. She is also mourned by her brothers: Walter (Joanne) Savoie, David (Odette) Savoie, Stephen (Tammy) Savoie, Hector (Candice) Savoie, Blair (Vicky Mona) Savoie, Roger (Bonita) Savoie, and her sister, Jocelyne (late Craig) Armstrong, as well as several nephews and nieces.

Ann Marie had a great love for the outdoors, especially camping. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A celebration will take place at the Elhatton Funeral Chapel on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Elhatton Funeral Home in Bathurst.
