It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Edna Bertin wife of the late Antonio Bertin, which occurred at her residence on Wednesday December 22nd, 2024, at the age of 95.

Born in Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Leslie Harold Warner and the late Edna May Solberg.

She leaves to mourn her daughter Lynn Bertin of Montreal.

Mom (Ma) always had a positive attitude despite her failing health. Everyone who knew her was inspired by her and loved being in her company. She was stubborn and insisted on staying in her home no matter what! She got her wish and passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side. I will miss our daily facetime chats.

My sincere gratitude to her homecare workers from Integrity and to our wonderful Extramural nurses who were constantly on standby day and night.

As per her wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. Donations in memory of Edna may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
