Big River - Roy Bradbury, 56, of Big River, passed away on Thursday (January 24, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Yorkshire, England, he was the son of the late Roy Osman and Margaret (Thompson) Bradbury. He worked as a miner for most of his life. He is survived by his wife, Valerie (Norris) Bradbury, Two daughters: Cathy Doucet (Dave Ferguson) of Missassauga, ON Kimberly Doucet (Jeremy) of Rough Waters, NB One stepdaughter: Kayla Good at home One granddaughter; Ashley. Two brothers: Denis (Jacinthe) of Pabos QC Philip of Grand Falls Windsor, NF One sister: Maureen Noftall (David) of Grand Falls Windsor, NF Several nieces and nephews. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Saturday (January 26, 2008) at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday (January 27, 2008) at 2:00 p.m. from St. George's Anglican Church, King Ave, Bathurst. Burial will be in Grand Falls Windsor, NF, in the spring. Visiting hours are Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
