Bathurst - Francis Doucet, 74, of Miramichi Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Tuesday (February 12, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Saint John, he was the only child of Fred and Josephine (Watson) Doucet. He worked as a Pipe Fitter for most of his life. He is survived by his spouse, Anne (Shanks) Anderson. Two sons: Francis Kenny (Evelyn) of Scotland Trevor Kenny (Debi) of Bow Island, AB One daughter: Gail Eddy (Elgin) of Rosehill Five grandchildren. The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning (February 19, 2008) at 10:30 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, East Bathurst, in the spring. Visiting hours are Monday from 2 t 4 and 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral.
