Bathurst - On Thursday May 22, 2008 Daniel "Danny" Patrick Murphy of Rough Waters Dr, Bathurst passed away peacefully at his residence at the age of 49. Danny was employed by Marios Metals. He was born in Newcastle on September 5th, 1958, and was the son of the late Michael “Mike” and Jesse “Scottie” (Watt) Murphy. Danny is survived by his loving wife Colleen, his beloved sons Michael of Toronto, ON Patrick and Robert both of Bathurst who he always introduced as RPM. Danny is also survived by his siblings Ben Murphy (Audrey) of Frankfurt, ON Carol Ann (Terry) Tompkins, of Toronto, ON Sharon (John) Williams of Sunny Corner, Ronnie (Heather) Murphy of Miramichi As well as the mother of his children Wendy (Furlotte) Murphy of Bathurst. Several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. by request,there will be no Funeral Service. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday evening from 7 to 9 only at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
