Bathurst - Mrs. Lillian Losier, 92, wife of Edgar Losier, of Bridge St. Bathurst passed away on Wednesday (July 30, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Ellen (Chamberlain) Roy. Lillian was the last living member of her immediate family. Besides her loving and devoted husband, Edgar of 71 years, she will be lovingly remembered by: 3 daughters, Alvina (Amédée) Guitard Rita (Fred) Stever Glenda (Bernard) Jacques, all of Bathurst. 2 sons, Emile (Marcella) Losier David Losier, both of Bathurst. A niece, Marcella (Raymond) Roy and a granddaughter Maureen Hachey. 17 Grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Her brothers, Edgar and Stanford; also sisters, Muriel and Bertha predeceased her. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Friday August 1st 2008 at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 2, 2008 from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew Street in Bathurst at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Mary's Avenue in Bathurst. Visiting hours are Friday 1st August from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday August 2 from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral.
