Robertville - Mrs. Heather Crawford, 53, wife of Jim Crawford, of Robertville, passed away on Saturday (August 9, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness. Born in Newcastle, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Marie (Murdock) O'Neill. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Women's League. Besides her husband, she is survived by: One son: Kyle (Sheryl) of Edson, AB One daughter: Tracy Crawford of Toronto, ON 2 grandchildren; Harmony and Melody. Five brothers: Nick O'Neill of Mary Lake, AK, USA John O'Neill (Shirley) and Donald O'Neill (Jeannie) both of Miramichi, NB Michael O'Neill (Kathy) of Saint John, NB Pat O'Neill (Vicky) of Hampton, NB Three sisters: Marilyn Gallant (Gerry) of Miramichi, NB Betsy Smith (Gary) of Marion Bridge, Cap Breton, NS Colleen O'Neill of Rothesay, NB Several in-laws, nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (August 12, 2008) at 4:00 p.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Donations in memory of Heather may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society "Assitance Program" or a favorite charity.
