Bathurst - Henry Maynard Boucher, 82, of Ste Anne’s, husband of Edna (Lavigne) Boucher, passed away on Friday (October 10, 2008) at Chaleur Regional Hospital. Born August 13, l926 in Bathurst he was the son of late Henry Boucher and late Francis (Roy) Boucher. Besides his wife, he is survived by: Three sisters; Roberta Vienneau of Saint John, NB, Elva Kelly of Campbellton, Katrine "Kitty" Cormier (Romeo) of British Columbia. Also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers; Freeman, Howard, Donald, Lawrence and sisters; Doris Doucet, Irene Blanchard. Maynard was retired from Canada Post. The body will rest after 7:00 p.m. Saturday at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will celebrated on Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Visiting hours are Saturday from 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday from 9 a.m. until time of funeral. The burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery, East Bathurst.
