Stonehaven - Frederick Good, 94, of Stonehaven, passed away peacefully on Sunday at his residence. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Walter and Jane (Ellis) Good, He worked as a fisherman, woodsman and farmer for most of his life. Besides his wife, Frances (Dempsey) Good, he is survived by: Two sons: Ernest Good of Stonehaven David Good (Kipani) of Bathurst Two daughters: Jean Embleton of Fredericton Janice Good of Stonehaven Three sisters: Edna Veniot of Pembrook, ON Helen Hosking (John) of Oakville, ON Mildred Lebans of Bathurst 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by brothers; Ernest, George, sisters; Lois and Dora. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday afternoon (January 7, 2008) at 2:00 p.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Donations in memory of Fred may be made to the Bathurst Extra Mural Program, Anglican Parish of New Bandon or a favorite charity.
