ROY, Bertha – 85, of Bathurst, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Robertville, she was the daughter of the late Jean and Exilda (Vienneau) Roy. She is survived by: 2 Daughters: Marie Roy of Bathurst; Linda Diodati of Ottawa; 1 son: George West of Montreal; Several grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. 2 sisters: Sylvia St. Louis of Edmonton; Evangeline Roy of Bathurst; She was predeceased by her husband John West; daughters, Jane and Nancy; sisters, Elizabeth Doucet, Stella Douglas, Maisie Doucet; brothers, Joseph, Arthur, and Alphonse. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March l4, 2009 at 11 am from St. Therese Church, Robertville. Burial in the parish cemetery in the spring.
