Bathurst- Mrs. Kay Hachey wife of Harold Hachey of Centennial Dr., in Bathurst passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday 10 March 2009 at the age of 71. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of Pauline (Cormier) and the late Joseph S. Aubé. Besides her mother and husband of Bathurst, Kay is survived by; 2 sons; Claude (Paula) Hachey, Howard Hachey both of Bathurst. 3 brothers, John (Jeannette) Aubé Ovila Aubé Robert (late Rita) Aubé all of Bathurst 3 sisters, Emma (Doris) Doucet of Caraquet Cecilia (late Joseph) of Bathurst Pam (Valère) Bernard of Quebec City, QC 2 grandchildren; Scott and Amber. Several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitations at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 14 March 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., in Bathurst. In memory of Kay, donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity would be appreciated.
