Bathurst - Mrs. Norma Smith, 88, wife of the late Carmen Smith, of Rough Waters, which occurred Saturday (November 28, 2009) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Stonehaven, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Ella (Forbes) Dempsey. She is survived by: Two sisters: Frances Good of Stonehaven Freda Lloyd (William) of West Roxbury, Mass, USA 4 Granddaughters, several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a son; Steven and a sister; Anna Morrison. The body rest after 2 p.m. Monday at the Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday afternoon (December 1, 2009) at 2:00 p.m. Visiting hours are Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
