Bathurst - Mrs. Carmella Vienenau, 81, wife of the late Donald Vienneau, of Brideau Ave. and formerly South Bathurst, passed away at her residence on Saturday (October 9, 2010).

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Elizabeth (Doucet) Nini.

She was pre-deceased by her husband Donald in 1981 and a son, Herman in 1980.

She is survived by:  One daughter;  Barbara Anne Fortin (Jean-Guy) of Little River.  Three brothers; Reginald Nini (Leona), Albany Nini (Roselda) and Mario Nini all of Bathurst.  Three sisters; Hazel Couture (Anddré), Cecile Couture and Marguerite Roy, all of Bathurst.

5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday (October 15, 2010) at 11 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Carmella may be made to a charity of the donors choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
