Bathurst - Roger Vienneau, 73, of Picot Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Saturday (December 11, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Joseph and Roseanne (Bertin) Vienneau.

He worked as a taxi driver and drove the Venture Van in Bathurst.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Roy) Vienneau; three sons, George and David, both of Bathurst, Roger Jr. of Alberta; one daughter,

Linda Vienneau of Bathurst; One brother, Richard Vienneau (Jennie) of Bathurst; two sisters, Julie Birmingham of the USA and Elizabeth Porter (Raymond) of Boston, USA.

2 granddaughters, Tanya Marie, Erin Nora; 1 great-grandson, Nathan; several nieces and nephews.

The body will rest after 2 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning (December 14, 2010) at 11 a.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.  Visiting hours are Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral.
