Bathurst - Mrs. Hazel Prisk, 90, wife of the late William Prisk, of Basin St., Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (January 23, 2011) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.

Born in Shigawake, QC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Celia (Huntington) Dow.

She is survived by two daughters; Alvena Prisk and Shirley Branch both of Bathurst.  One brother; Bengie of Sarnia, ON.  Two sisters; Iva Benwell and Inez Wylie (Laird) both of Shigawake, QC.  Several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by 2 brothers; Ralph, Cecil and a sister; Alvena.

The body will rest after 7 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday (January 25, 2011) at 2 p.m. from St. George's Anglican Church, King Ave., Bathurst.   Visiting hours are Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.  Donations in memory of Hazel may be made to the St. George's Anglican Church or a favorite charity.
