St. Eustache, QC - Edward Guitard, 52, of Ste Thérèse, QC, passed away Sunday (July 3, 2011) at the St. Eustache Hospital.
 
Born in South Tetagouche, he was the son of the late Frank and Rose Anna (Pitre) Guitard.
Three brothers, Delphis of Calgary, Steven and Rodney both of Bathurst.  Five sisters, Alice Zalinko, Adeline Knowles (Robert), Emilia Lagacy (Roger) and Christine Guitard (Randy Thibodeau), all of Bathurst and Julie Paul of Fredericton.  Several nieces and nephews.
 
He was pre-deceased by a brother Wayne and a sister Yvonne.
 
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday (July 16, 2011) at 11 a.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel with Fr.
