Mrs. DOROTHY BROWN

1928 - 2011

Bathurst - Mrs. Dorothy Brown, 83, wife of Clinton Brown, of Riverside Dr., Bathurst, passed away on Saturday (November 12, 2011) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.

Born in Campbellton, she was the daugher of the late Irving and Vina (Travers) Menzies.

Besides her husband of 58 years, she is survived by:  One son, Donald Brown of Halifax, NS.  One sister, Joan MacKenzie of Dalhousie.  One brother, Perley Menzies (Myra) of Dalhousie Junction.  Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday afternoon (November 16, 2011) at 2 p.m. from the First United Church, St. Patrick St., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to the Heart and Stroke Society or a favorite charity.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
