New Bandon, Glou. Co. - Mrs. Eleanor Wiseman, 79, wife of the late Austin Wiseman, of New Bandon, passed away on Saturday (January 28, 2012) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a short illness.

Born in Ford Bank, NB, she was the daughter of the late Everard and Elizabeth (Beck) Morton.

She is survived by:  One daughter, Donna Wiseman of Fredericton.  One step-son, Logan Wiseman (Bonnie) of Janeville.  One step-daughter, Jill McLaughlin (Patrick) of Bathurst.  6 grandsons; Jeffery, Timothy, Jeremy, Patrick, Michael, Ben, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  One sister, Doris Arseneau (late Joseph) of South Branch, NB.  One sister-in-law, Theresa Morton of Saint John.

She was pre-deceased by 2 infant children, 4 brothers; James, Emerson, Lewis, Ernest, 2 sisters, Florence and Margaret.

The body will rest after 2 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday (January 31, 2012) at 2 p.m. from Central United Church, Clifton.  Visiting hours are Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.  Donations in memory of Eleanor may be made to the Central United Church or a favorite charity.
