Bathurst - Mr. Theodore "Ted" Lavigne, 68, of Bathurst, which occurred suddenly on Thursday, June 7, 2012.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Allie and Amanda (Pitre) Lavigne.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (White) Lavigne; his children and grandchildren: Glendon (Nathalie) and their son, Dereck; Mark (Donna) and their children: Amanda and Cody; Jeffrey and his children: late Jimmy (1997) and Cole; Terry (Dana) and their daughter, Megg; sisters and brothers: Evangeline, Tina Flo, Marjorie, Lydia, Anita, Brian and Blair.

He was predeceased by one sister, Irene and one brother Jarvis.

He worked for 35 years at the Brunswick Mines, he was member of Quarter Century Club. He loved camping, fishing and four wheeling.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Tuesday June 12, 2012 at Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com).
