Bathurst - Mrs. Mary ''Nenone'' Hannan, 81, wife of Clifford Hannan, of Victoria Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Thursday (July 19, 2012) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Dora (Boucher) Arseneau.

She was a former employee with the Federal Government and was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Women's League.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters:  Maureen Langlais (Michel) of South Tetagouche and Karen Boucher (Blair) of Bathurst. 

Two grandsons: Shawn and Cory. 

One brother, Cyr Arseneau of Bathurst. 

Two sisters: Clair "Poune" Daigle of Toronto, Ont., and Cecile "Beline" Veniot (John) of Bathurst.  Several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by 3 sisters: Carmelita Pitre, Alexandra "Titite" Arseneau, Anita "Doudou" Kenny and a brother, Cléo "Titi" Arseneau.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (July 24, 2012) at 4 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Mary may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the NB Lung Association or a favorite charity.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
