Bathurst - Linda MacKay, 53, of Whitehorse, Yukon, passed away suddenly on Thursday (February 7, 2013) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of Hilda (Clouston) MacKay and the late Medley MacKay.

She worked as a File Clerk for the Government of Yukon.

Besides her mother of Bathurst, she is survived by one brother, Willard MacKay (Ellen) of Miramichi.  Several nieces and nephews.

The body will rest on Sunday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday afternoon (February 11, 2013) at 2 p.m. from Saint George's Anglican Church, King Ave., Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Linda may be made to the Saint George's Anglican Church or a favorite charity.
