1937 - 2013

John Hatheway - 75, of Clifton passed away on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, with his special friend, Michelle Boulet at his side. 

Born in Saint John, N.B. he was the son of the late Clarence Murray and Doris (Knowles) Hatheway.

He is survived by two sons: Dale (Liz) of North Bay, Ont., Timothy (Tracy) of Trenton, Ont.

Seven grandchildren:  Raina-Lee (Dominique) Gagnon, Mitchell (Amber Gimblet) and D.J. Hatheway, Sean and Jordyn Valliquette, Jamie Lynn and Ryan Hatheway.

Five great-grandchildren: Olivia, Nicholas, Eli, Aalyia and Theo.

One sister, Linda Wortman of Moncton.  Many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Anita (Robinson) in 2007 and a daughter, Tanya Lynn "Tammy" Valiquette.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday (June 15, 2013) from the Christ Church Anglican in Clifton.  Donations in memory of John may be made to the Christ Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
