Bathurst - Marina Lavigne, 63, of Queen St., Bathurst, passed away on Monday (April 29, 2013) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the Agnes (Julilano) Lavigne and the late Frederick Lavigne.
She was predeceased by her common-law husband, Frank Dumas and is survived by her mother of Bathurst.
Two sons: Paul and Wayne both of Bathurst.
One daughter, Kimberly Adams of Bathurst.
Three grandchildren: Kayla, Bianca, Jean Paul; two great-grandson: Brendon and Drayden.
A very good friend, Nicholas Mercure.
Five sisters: Judy Lanteigne (Gilles) of Allarville, Carmeline Lavigne (Leonard) and Brenda Melanson (Randy) both of Bathurst, Anne-Marie Lavigne of Moncton and Lucie Lavigne (Paul Albert) of Edmunston.
Three brothers: Bernal (Annette), Blair (Rachelle) and Brian, all of Bathurst.
Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service was held on Wednesday afternoon (May 1st, 2013) at 3 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel. Donations in memory of Marina may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.
