It is with great sadness the family of Cynthia Roy of South Tetagouche, announces her sudden passing on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at her residence.  Cynthia was 57 years old.

Born in Saint-Lambert, Quebec, she was the daughter of Ken and Bette (Smyth) Leaman of South Tetagouche. 

Besides her parents, she is survived by her two daughters:  Cassie Roy (Justin Holland) and Kayla Roy (Jacques Larabie) both of Ottawa, ON.

Two grandchildren:  Lola and Isabelle.

One sister:  Emerald Leaman (Fred Eddy) of Bathurst.

Two brothers:  Jeff (Paula) of Kemptville, ON and Randy (Daphne) of Halstead, Kansas, USA.

Many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 2 pm from Elhatton Funeral Chapel. 

Donations in memory of Cynthia may be made to the Bathurst Animal Shelter/Gloucester SPCA or a charity of the donor's choice.
