It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Mrs. Linda Roy wife of the late Joseph Roy who passed away Sunday, July 1st, 2018 at the Moncton City Hospital at the age 65.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Carmella (Huard) Doucet.

She is survived by her four children: Anita (Kevin) Couture, Natasha Roy (Patrick), Robert Roy all of Moncton and Daniel Roy (Tanya) of Bathurst.

Three grandchildren: André, Christina and Nathan.

One great-grandchild: Joseph

She is also survived by three brothers: Ronald (Diane) Doucet of Riverview, NB, Steven (Gail) Doucet and Bernard (Charlene) Doucet of Bathurst.

Four sisters: Shirley (Doran) Gray,  Kathleen Doucet (Richard), Brenda Doucet (Jimmy) all of Bathurst and Sandra Doucet of Orangeville, ON.

Several nieces and nephews.

Linda enjoyed her nights with the girls playing bingo and cards.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel. (www.elhatton.com)
