South Tetagouche - Mrs. Evangeline Pitre, wife of Clifford Pitre, formerly of South Tetagouche, passed away on Friday October 26, 2018, at the age of 68, at the Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Melvina (Pitre) Legacy.

Besides her husband of South Tetagouche, she is survived by her three children: Steven, Debbie Comeau and Lynn Pitre all of South Tetagouche.

One granddaughter, Briana.

Two brothers: Roger Lagacy of Rough Waters and Percy Lagacy of Bathurst.

Two sisters: Adeline Pitre and Violet Ihmoff both of South Tetagouche.

Several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be celebration on Tuesday October 30, 2018, at 10 a.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, Bathurst. (www.elhatton.com)
