Bathurst- Raymond Couture, 63, of Model Ave., Bathurst, passed away Friday January 25, 2019 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Leonard and Marjorie (MacDonald) Couture.

He is survived by his friend, Darla Sullivan of Bathurst.

Four brothers: Paul (Debbie), Leonard (Linda) and Gerry, all of Bathurst and Frank (Verna) of Port Buril, ON.

Five sisters: Emily Roberts and Mable Huard, both of Trout Lake, ON, Helen Couture (Edmond) and Marie Roy (Donald) both of Bathurst and Theresa Doucet (Laurie) of Beresford. Several nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by a sister at a young age; Stella and a brother Kenneth.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday January 30, 2019 at 11 a.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, Bathurst.

Donations in memory of Raymond may be made to the Tree of Hope, The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
