Arthur Glazier, 98, of Rough Water Drive, Bathurst, passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital Wednesday, August 7, 2019.

Born in Bathurst he was the son of the late John and Matilda (Aubé) Glazier.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn (Boucher) Glazier, one daughter Gayle St John (Stan) of Windsor, ON and four grandchildren. Several great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Arthur was a Veteran of WWW II with the Royal Canadian Navy.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. . Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel, Bathurst.

Donations in memory of Arthur may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

The family wishes to thank the Robert L. Knowles Veteran’s Unit and the Chaleur Regional Hospital for the excellent care given to Arthur.
