Bathurst- Mrs. Adeline Doucet, of Bathurst and formerly of Beresford, wife of Eugene Doucet, passed away at the Robert Knowles Veterans Unit on Monday, November 9, 2020 at the age of 74.

Born in Dalhousie, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret (Carrier) O’ Brien. 

Besides her husband of Beresford, she is survived by her sons:  Steve of Bathurst,  Brian (Léa Chamberlain) of Beresford and  Rodney (Maricel Manuel) of Montreal, QC. 

One grandson, Steven. 

One brother, Alphie O’Brien (Darlene) of Beresford. One sister, Loraine Godin of Lorne. 

Several nieces and nephews. 

There will be no visitation or Funeral service. Donations in memory of Adeline may be made to the Alzheimer’s society of Canada or a favorite charity. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
