It is with great sadness the family of Stephen Boucher announces his passing which occurred on Friday, May 13th, 2022 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst at the age of 74.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Freeman and Louise (Boucher) Boucher.

He is survived by his step-son, Shawn Pitre (Gwen) of Ontario.

He also leaves behind two brothers: Gerald (Francetta) and Carl (Claudia) both of Bathurst and two sisters: Nancy (Emilien) Berube of Bathurst and Debbie (Marc) Thibodeau of Shediac. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Department of the Chaleur Regional Hospital for the care and compassion given to Stephen.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Stephen may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
