Bathurst – Mrs. Rose-Marie Devereaux, wife of Lawrence Devereaux of Bathurst passed away Wednesday July 13th, 2022 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 78.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Roméo and Priscille (DeGrace) Bourque.

Besides her husband, she is survived by 3 sisters: Claudette Gray (Wallace) of Big River, Jackie Bourque of Montreal, QC; and Denise Dumaresq (René) of Beresford; two brothers: Marc Bourque of Nigadoo and Daniel Bourque of Montreal, QC. Several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Jean-Guy and a sister, Bernadette.

Funeral service will be held Friday August 26th at 2 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel.

In memory of Rose-Marie, donations maybe made to the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
