Franklin built his log cabin in Little River in 1974. He spent many happy years there with TC and his family. There were many good times enjoying music, dancing and laughing. He loved playing the accordion and harmonica. Many card games were won and lost at the camp. He loved to be in the woods.
Over the past 14 years, he liked taking his dog Bailey to the camp for a run. He loved to have her by his side. She was a faithful companion. Her place was in the front seat of the truck, at the foot of his bed or by his side.
Franklin enjoyed a full life. He always had a positive attitude, great sense of humour and a smile on his face. He lived in the home built with TC where they raised their children. He celebrated his 90th birthday at his home in May.
