It is with great sadness that we are announcing the death of our beloved husband and father Rosario Joseph Emile Turcotte, of Bathurst, who passed away on Saturday (October 13, 2007) at the Moncton Hospital, at the age of 73. Born in Ste Anastasie, Que., he was the son of the late Philias and Fabiola (Raby) Turcotte. Rosario was a retired Heavy duty mechanic. He worked mainly in the mining industry at Heath Steel Mines, Brunswick Mines and many other international locations. He mainly worked for Red Path. Rosario is survived by his wife, Theresa (Nicholson) Turcotte. Three children: Paul Venoit of Toronto, ON Patricia Duguay (Rodney) of Beresford Rosalie Trucotte (Jonathan Fairweather) of Bathurst Two brothers: Laureat Turcotte (Dolores) of Montreal, Que Ronald Turcotte (Dolores) of Fredericton Two sisters: Marie-Paul Charest of Windsor, ON Blanche Dion of Malartic, Que. 4 grandchildren; Christopher & Amanda Duguay, Patrick & Sarah-Rose Turcotte, several nieces and nephews. Rosario was pre-deceased by brothers; Robert, Fernand, Lucien, sister; Lauretta Turcotte Toupin. The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (October 17, 2007) at 4:00 p.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral.
