Bathurst … Mrs. Eunice Branch, 81, of Union St., Bathurst, wife of the late Kenneth Branch, which occurred Monday (October 22, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Reginald W. and Ida Rebecca (Smith) Smith. She worked for the School Board. She is survived by: One daughter: Thelma (Elwin Clouston) of Bathurst Twin grandchildren; James Scott of Bathurst and Jennifer Parlee (Wallace) of Sussex, NB One brother: Sydney Smith (Wanda) of Brampton, ON Five sisters: Sadie Jamieson of Bathurst Cora Smith of Salmon Beach Eva Murphy of Clifton Alice Neily (John) of Shubenacadie, NS Jessie Williston (Floyd) of Saint John, NB Several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by brothers; John, Norman, Carmen and a sister; Helen Scott. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday afternoon (October 26, 2007) at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Spruce Grove Union Cemetery, Bathurst.
