Bathurst - Mrs. Albina Chamberlain, 97, wife of the late Alvin Chamberlain, formerly of Beresford, passed away on Saturday (November 3, 2007) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst. Born in Groveton, New Hampshire, USA, she was the daughter of the late Méderic and Sara (Fleury) Haché. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Alvin Chamberlain. She is survived by: Six sons: Léonard (Annette Mazerolle) of St. Charles, NB Patrick (Rachel), Emile (Nancy), Omer and Albeni (Linda) all of Bathurst Wilfred of Saskatoon, SK Four daughters: Angeline Sill (Kent) of Greenwood, NS Evelyn Boucher (Gerald) of Darthmouth, NS Soeur Leona Chamberlain (Missionnaire Du Christ-Roi) of Montreal, Que. Yvonne Boudreau (Rocky) of Bathurst 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. One brother: André of Shippagan, NB One sister: Angeline Mercure of Moncton, NB The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Monday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (November 6, 2007) at 2:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, East Bathurst. Visiting hours are Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Tuesday from noon until time of Funeral.
