Stonehaven - Ivan Daley, 74, of Stonehaven, husband of Earline Daley, died Sunday (March 7, 2004) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Hartwell and Irene (Jagoe) Daley.
He worked in fishing and at the former Consolidated Bathurst Paper Mill and was a member of the company's Quarter Century Club.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

9 Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by 3 sisters, Hildred, Dorothy and Wanda.
The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home, Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday (March 11, 2004) from the Central United Church, Clifton, at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Stonehaven Cemetery.
