Shippagan – André Hachey, 92, of Shippagan and formerly of Bathurst, passed away on Wednesday (July 7, 2010) at the Hôpital de Tracadia-Sheila.

Born in Burnsville, he was the son of the late Méderic and Sara (Fleury) Haché.

The body will rest after 12 noon Friday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday (July 9, 2010) at 2:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St.  Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, East Bathurst.  Visiting hours are Friday from noon until time of Funeral.
